WHAT IS KARATE?
Karate is unarmed combat. Kara means “empty or open and “Te” means hand.
WHAT IS KYOKUSHIN?
Kyokushin translates into two words Ultimate Truth or Reality. A form of martial arts that combines parts of several other martial arts like, judo, Jui Jitsu, Akido and Karate.
CAN ANYONE JOIN?
Yes, children over the age of 6
IS KYOKUSHIN LIKE TAEKWANDO KARATE?
Yes and No. There are aspects the same like self discipline and the karate form but are style incorporates more than just karate. Try out for a free week to see for yourself
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN MMA AND KARATE?
MMA takes small parts of Karate or other styles and incorporates them into their fighting style.
WHAT IS MIXED MARTIAL ART(MMA)?
Just that a mix of several different martial arts, taking bit an pieces to create a fighting style.
